Refund policy

 

When purchasing products from Salam Store all customers have a 6 month return period. This means that the customer has the right to return back their order within the 6 month period. Return address is provided by us for all UK orders. Return shipping is not free.

We are unable to refund products that have been opened from it's original packaging. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We understand that timely delivery is essential for our customers, and we strive to ensure that every order is delivered within the expected timeframe. However, in situations where delivery times are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we would like to inform our customers that refunds will not be provided.

Please note that this policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to maintain the quality of our services and provide the best possible experience to our customers. We assure you that our team will make every effort to minimize delivery delays and ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Incorrect Address

If address is incomplete or incorrect - no refund will be provided. Please ensure correct address is provided when ordering. 

Cancellations

We are unable to make amendments to orders once placed.

Please return your order to us and we will issue a refund
